In Kazhakistan, we have legend of wolf man. Legend say that on full moon day, ordinary man like myself Borat, turn into shaggy wolf. Then wolf man put on long coat, stand on main village street, and expose his private parts to passing carts. Is scary legend, but maybe not true.
