You say Kramer as opposed to Cramer. A freudian slip, perhaps (if we equate Kramer to the bungling Seinfeld character)?
Ah. In retrospect Kramer seems more appropriate here.
I watched this and he clearly said “do not sell bear stearns - there is no problem with it” - he was certainly referring to the stock. BTW he does not give advise on which brokerage firm to use, only on which stocks to buy/sell/hold
From the clip it does sound like he said “Don’t move your money out of Bear” and the emailer’s question was about liquidity. Now Cramer may have meant “don’t sell BSC” because as you noted he advises on stocks on his show. Anyways on his Mad Money show, he appears more like a entertainer than a financial adviser and people should be careful about putting their money where “his” mouth is.
